Author's Bio:
I'm a 35-year veteran of the classroom and I've written hundreds of articles for local, regional, and national publications. The Greatest is my second venture into long fiction. Prominent Person Endorsements:
“The story of young Lemuel and his exploits was engaging, and the author does a commendable job of inhabiting his young character’s heartbroken yet untamed consciousness.  Also, the author does a good job of delaying gratification for the reader by flashing forward to the detective story, just at the point when we most want to hear about Lemuel’s amazing ascent from orphanhood to bullfighting stardom.”… “The novel certainly has an interesting premise.”… “What a wonderful idea for a story!  I love the character of Lemuel.  He’s such a charming child, and you really root for him to escape the clutches of his negligent aunt and uncle.”
