About the Author

D. J. Herda is an award-winning journalist with several hundred thousand articles, columns, and short pieces to his credit.  He is also author of more than 80 published books on a wide variety of subjects, both fiction and nonfiction.  One of his most humorous and ingenious books is the mystery, Solid Stiehl: The Death and Life of Hymie Stiehl.  It's the first in a series of three books scheduled for publication in 2005.
